Mozart Avenue

Mozart Ave. is a Residential Development in Cardiff, CA with 6 new residences planned and one existing. The existing home was built decades ago and has a Craftsman aesthetic with coastal influences. The new homes (designed by Brett Farrow, Architect) are all unique, but have an unspoken vocabulary with one another, and with the existing home. FWLI was retained to design and install the landscapes for the two newly built residences and the existing home. While each home needed to have its own garden space, all the gardens needed to comply with local codes, and with the Coastal permit already filed.
